Cultivating Executive Buy-In

At some point you realize that your Wisetail platform provides a direct line of communication for your organizations leaders in a place your employees are already spending time. Executive buy-in not only drives adoptions, but it helps craft authenticity from the top. We’ll take a look at some who are doing it well and discuss the realities and implications of bringing executives into the site.

Divide & Conquer – Admin Ownership

This is for our larger brigades out there. While some of you may be a one-person show, we have others that are overseeing dispersed teams from across the country. And, in 5.0 we now have roles. We’ll explore how the new roles capability cab provide you with more granular control and discuss how to effectively delegate.

LMS = “Learning Ecosystem”

Healthy ecosystems in nature are diverse, self-perpetuating, balanced, and productive. The same is true of the learning ecosystems that support healthy workplaces; success depends on many elements all working in vibrant, self-sustaining harmony. We’ll look at what this means and discuss the various elements that need to be at-play and in balance.

Afterall, supported, healthy individuals are more creative, resilient, and retained.
