If you’ve ever considered commissioning an oil painting of your pet, look no further. Though Vlad works here as a sales engineer, he’s no creative arts dilettante. He once animated cartoons for a show on HBO.

As such, Vlad is picky about the commissions he takes on—except when it comes to painting your pet. Pets are an automatic in.

Vlad was born and raised in Ukraine before moving to Philadelphia for school. He studied illustration, animation, and woodworking. In addition to the animation gig, Vlad’s work history includes designing and building custom cabinetry. Outside of work, you’re likely to find Vlad in the outdoors. He skateboards and backpacks with his dogs in the summer, and snowboards and plays ice hockey in the winter.
