We are so excited to begin this transition with you! Migrations will take place on a rolling schedule beginning in Q1 of 2020. Right now, we are working on identifying the client migration order. As that takes shape, the Wisetail Client Experience team will be in touch to confirm your schedule. If there are any conflicts or business needs on your end, we have the flexibility to make adjustments. As part of the move to the new Wisetail 5.0 platform, you can expect two significant changes:
- Your site will be hosted in our new, state-of-the-art cloud infrastructure.
- We will be sunsetting our support for Vanity Domains.
For all of our clients who currently utilize Vanity Domains, action will be required to ensure a seamless transition to the new 5.0 product. Rest assured that our team will support you in this process. For more information on what this change means for your organization, please check out this article. As an accompaniment to the migration process, we will be rolling out a newly designed Client Learning Portal with a comprehensive course to guide and support you through the migration process.
