The ICX Association has announced finalists for the 2022 Elevate Awards. Winners will be honored during a special awards ceremony at the Interactive Customer Experience Summit being held June 1-3 in Columbus, OH.

The Interactive Customer Experience Association hosts the Elevate Awards each year. Members of the association, along with other customer experience professionals and solution providers, are eager to network in person at the Interactive Customer Experience Summit. The summit will be held from June 1-3 in Columbus, Ohio.
The ICX Association will host its annual Elevate Awards on the opening night of the event. The ceremony will highlight some of the top customer and employee experiences. These experiences were submitted during the association’s call for nominations.
The 2022 awards featured a few new categories this year: Best Employee-Facing Experience, Best Omnichannel Interactive Customer Experience and Best Emerging Tech.
Judges carefully reviewed each of the submissions and have released the names of this year’s finalists:
Lyle Bunn Innovator of the Year award
This category recognizes individuals or companies that have contributed substantially to the field of interactive customer experience technology or to promoting the industry in a significant way. The award is named in honor of Lyle Bunn, a long-time consultant in the digital signage industry who passed away in 2018.
