Hi, my name is Charlie Edwards. I’m an account executive at Wisetail. Wisetail is an Intertek company that specializes in learning management systems and learning experience systems for companies in the retail space.

Some of the challenges facing retailers in 2022 specifically, are the ability to keep new content fresh and relevant in front of the user. Obviously with the pandemic, things have made educating difficult. A lot of our retail clients are always trying to find ways to keep that content fresh, but also keep it relevant and in front of their employees and engage their employees with that content.

Our solution helps retailers face some of the challenges from 2022, like new and relevant content by engaging their employees. Our system has social engagement features and communication features, along with the ability to deliver educational content, to those clients and to those users, and our platform is able to keep those employees engaged and deliver that content in a fun and creative way.

Wisetail’s platform is important for delivering content to the user, and the ability of retail clients to provide fresh content, to help users complete tasks and do their job more efficiently is one of the main focuses of many of our retail clients with our system. And we’ve seen a lot of success across the retail space in terms of those clients being able to achieve things that will help their employees be more efficient and proficient in their jobs, and therefore helping the company grow as well.
