There are no other outside forces influencing our decision making process, our ability to succeed or the experience of working at Wisetail. WE BELIEVE IN AGGRESSIVE GROWTH
Being independent doesn’t mean that we are slow-growing. After patiently laying a foundation for growth over the past six years, we believe we can now grow as fast as any venture-backed company. The first quarter of 2016 marks our 16th consecutive quarter of revenue growth without a penny of outside capital. We are a major player in the $10B eLearning industry and we see a direct line to capturing a big market share. It’s no longer about the search for how to grow. Instead, it’s about finding the most aggressive pace at which we can maintain the quality of our culture, our service and our product without sacrificing our financial stability (aka short-term liquidity).
WE BELIEVE IN NATIONAL WAGES
Our average annual salary is $10,000 more (currently $67,000) than the state tech average and we aren’t stopping there. Our goal is to be the highest-paying tech company in the Rocky Mountain Region and then in the US. We believe Montana talent is a competitive advantage, not a source of cheap labor.
