Once onboarded, you’ll get to know a team of Account Managers and Technical Support Reps who take pride in getting to know you – from behind a computer, through so many video calls, or via webinars and events.

The Drop

As a client, you’ll also get access to The Drop, our exclusive online community of learning and development professionals in the Wisetail family. Our CX reps act as an extension of your team – that you get to actually talk to, and even see on video calls – and are here providing implementation, strategy, and execution tactics to meet your organizational needs and goals.

CoLab-oration

In-person or virtual, we offer a unique implementation service fondly known as ‘CoLab’. This dedicated one-day training session helps you fine-tune your LXP, get you set you for a successful launch, and establish a roadmap for near-term wins. We hope to welcome to you to Bozeman, but are just as happy to see you via video.
